✔️ Personalised treatment plan – Including nutritional advice, exercise advice, supplement advice if required (although often NOT required), suggested pathology, sleep routine, stress management, hormonal symptom checker

What you might be thinking……

 

 

How much time do I need to commit to the program?

Just committing 15-20 minutes a day to your self and journalling will have a profound affect on your results. However you are welcome to commit as much time as you need working on yourself.

 

I’m not sure I’m ready?

No one ever feels ready and there’s never really the right time to start. Remember last year you said you weren’t ready either and now you’re in the same place you were, maybe even a bigger mess than 3, 6 12 months ago. Let me ask you this; will the pain of staying the same be easier than the pain of doing something you’re not 100% ready for right now? Imagine in 4 weeks from now you’ve started making the changes we’ve implemented and you are feeling confident, sleeping like a boss, energy is out of the world. How would that feel?

 

I’ve changed my mind can I get a refund?

Unfortunately there are no refunds on this coaching package as outlined in the coaching agreement form. 

 

 

 

What if I cant afford it at the moment?

I get it and that’s why I offer cash flow friendly payment plans. If the current options don’t suit click the ‘chat to me’ button and lets work something out so you can start your journey from frustrated, overwhelmed and over yourself to confident, calm and back in charge of your body.

 

What if I don’t get results?

You definitely won’t get results if you stay exactly where you are, in fact you’ll probably be in more of a pickle if you do nothing. I am so confident that you will get results working with me that if show me how you’ve implemented all the strategies and nothing has changed I’ll refund 50% of your investment to cover the cost of the program and initial consultation.

 

I have an event coming up should I wait to do the program?

Life is full of events and celebrations, that’s why I say if you’re ready now just do it and we’ll make a plan to navigate the event so you can stick to your goal. If it doesn’t go to plan, its doesn’t mean you’ve failed, its a learning opportunity. There is no failure only feedback.
