A bit about me…..
I’ve been a Personal Trainer for over 20 years, a qualified Clinical Nutritionist for the past decade, and more recently, a Certified Menopause Practitioner. I’ve also studied Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Hypnotherapy to help people reframe their thinking and create lasting change through powerful mindset strategies.
Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of learning from some of the best coaches and trainers in the world and have helped hundreds of women transform not only their health, but also the health of their families, by changing the way they eat, move, and live.
Now in my mid-fifties, my mission is to help women in their 40s, 50s, and beyond, live life to the fullest by reconnecting with themselves and changing the way they think, move and feel about themselves.
I’ll help you break free from limiting beliefs that hold you back so you can step into your power, feel confident in your body, and feel like yourself again.
As we age many women are suffering from hormonal symptoms that are not necessary and I’m here to a show you that hot flushes and night sweats are not normal and there’s a lot you can do to feel like yourself again.
I’ll look at every aspect of your life from diet and exercise to lifestyle and mindset. I’ll enhance your diet, introduce stress management techniques, develop a realistic and enjoyable exercise program into your lifestyle. I focus on nutritious wholefoods, providing a non-diet approach to health and well-being. I will help you reclaim the woman of your dreams and live your best life.
To me success lies in the little things people do each day and I encourage my clients to focus on behaviour change rather than restriction and punishment. This means no more fear, guilt and shame when eating so called ‘bad’ foods, it means being able to enjoy your favourite foods like wine and chocolate on occasion while still getting amazing results.
I am committed to working along side you so you can achieve things you never thought possible, improve your relationship with food and most importantly reduce your hormonal symptoms so you can look toward menopause as being a celebration rather than a dread.
