Here’s what the 21-Day Reboot will work through:
Goal Setting: What do you really want and why? You might think it’s to lose xx amount of weight but what do those things really MEAN for you and why are these things important? I’ll help you get clear on your goals, why they’re important and should be a priority (trust me this is SO important) and together we’ll create the perfect plan to get there…one you’re going to ENJOY.
Diet: I’ll give you some solid guidelines to follow that fit into your life for long term results. You’ll do away with fad diets, rigid rules, restriction, guilt and punishment. You won’t have to give up your favourite things like wine or chocolate, in fact I’ll encourage you to enjoy the things you love and the things that give you joy (just not every day!). Sometimes even the smallest dietary changes can be tough and this is why most women throw in the towel…NOT YOU THOUGH…because you’ll have ME on your team helping you to integrate these changes.
Mindset: During the 21 days we are going to dive deep into the things that have been holding you back and the reason you self sabotage when things are going well.
Exercise: I’m keeping this super simple for you. If you’re not already exercising, I want you to simply walk and be more intentional with your movement. If you are exercising or want more I have a simple but effective plan for you to follow.
Accountability: you’ll be accountable to me (you lucky duck) and I’ll be your biggest supporter. I’ll make sure you reach your goals and have a rock solid plan to take into 2025.
