Hi I’m Nicole
I’m your down-to-earth, knowledgeable, completely food obsessed, clumsy, serial plant killer, Nutritionist and Women’s Health Coach from Albany in beautiful Western Australia. I love working with women like YOU who are in peri-menopause, menopause or post menopause.
I’m on this wild ride with my hubby and two awesome mini-me’s, age 12 and 16.
My main gig is teaching my daughters the way – leading by example and showing them that you can have balance in your life while chasing health, wellness, and fitness goals without losing your cool or living at extremes.
Over the years, I’ve embarked on my own journey marked by food-related anxieties, self-imposed restrictions, intense workouts, episodes of overindulgence or binge eating and drinking, followed by self-punishment and even more severe limitations. I am dedicated in preventing anyone, especially my own children, from experiencing this cycle. Nowadays if I want chocolate, I have it, savour the moment and proceed without guilt.
As a Nutritionist and Health Coach my goal is to help women, like you, develop a healthy relationship with food and your body as you transition to a new exciting phase. Its time to get rid of fear, guilt and punishment. I’ll help you discover a more fulfilling way of life that allows you to enjoy your social and recreational life while nurturing your well-being. It’s not solely about physical appearance; it’s about mental wellness because we all know that when you feel good it naturally leads to looking great. Real health doesn’t rely on a number on the scale; it’s more about energy levels, quality of sleep, how you manage stress, emotional well-being, work-life balance and on a deeper level, your view of the world.
I’ve noticed that many women are their own harshest critics, often juggling multiple responsibilities including work, the home, children, ageing parents, financial responsibilities, making sure everyone is fed and happy but completely forgetting to prioritise themselves. It’s way too easy to neglect ourselves, whether due to time constraints or dwindling energy. I know from my personal journey and professional experience coaching women that there’s a more balanced path to follow, and that’s precisely what I’m here for: to guide you toward that balance across all facets of your life. The abundance of information available, especially for women in their 40s and 50s, can be confusing and overwhelming.
We are bombarded with conflicting information about our hormones, cure-all supplements promising the world but delivering little to nothing, its no wonder we are totally confused about menopause and what we can realistically do to manage our symptoms. I’m living proof, at 53, that the next chapter in life is something to look forward to and there’s a treasure trove of ways to look after yourself, manage your symptoms and enjoy the journey.
I’m here to empower you, helping you make informed decisions in all aspects of your life, enabling you to look and feel your best while giving you the confidence to continue doing the things you love. I use practical dietary and lifestyle strategies, hypnotherapy, and deep mindset work, including NLP and Time Line Therapy (TLT), to enable you to achieve your desired results.
I offer one-on-one personalised coaching sessions, small group coaching, and my Transformative 4-week HealthyHER Kick-Start program. Explore the details of these programs below, and if you’d like more information, please feel free to connect with me on social media, via email, or schedule a call to chat.

What is the average weight gain during menopause?
One question I get asked a lot is how much does menopause contribute to midlife weight gain? And while it can seem like the weight has just crept on studies have shown that weight gain is not directly related to menopause but rather ageing in itself. Weight gain...
