If you want to get healthier, fitter or stronger the time to do it is now! I have spent more than 25 years helping women like yourself look and feel amazing. Many of them had never done anything for themselves before and often felt guilty to put themselves first for once. But if you aren’t looking after yourself how can you look after others?
I offer a range of services to help women build lean muscle so they can feel their best. Ranging from one-on-one Personal Training, group PT, Pilates and Online APP there’s something to suit every budget.
Whether you want to train with me in my PT Studio, at home or in a gym I can create a program to suit your needs.
Personal Training
One-on One PT
- 60 minutes $85
- 45 minutes $70
- 30 minutes $50
Small Group Personal Training
- 45 minutes $30 per person
Online APP
- Once Off Set-Up Fee $97
- ongoing $25 per week
Reformer Pilates
- 60 minutes $85
- 45 minutes $70
- 30 minutes $50
2 people (Pilates and Cardio)
- 45 minutes $40 per person
- 60 minutes $50 per person
Pilates sessions are all done on the reformer using Barre Body Pilates in a Private Studio.
Terms and Conditions
- Semi PTs are at a reduced PT rate an therefore the commitment is for the term
- Missed session can be made up at another session or 1:1 PT if available or I can upload a home/gym program to be done in your own time.
- If no notice is given session is forfeited unless in case of illness and on a case-by-case basis.
- Minimum time commitments apply
