Benefits of legs up the wall pose

With a lot of uncertainty and anxiety in the world at the moment here’s a really simple yoga pose you can do anywhere (well sort of ?), you do need a wall or something to put your legs up against. Give it a try, it’s something I do when I feel anxious, I can’t sleep or I need some energy.

??‍♀️Can relieve mild back ache

??‍♀️Improves digestion
 
 
 
⚠️Warning: people with neck, hip or back injury should avoid this pose. People with history of heart/strokes issues and high blood pressure should also avoid this pose
