I got tired of always breaking the rules, viewing everything as a celebration and I wanted better for myself.

You see I viewed alcohol as a friend, a necessity, something I needed to fit in or feel comfortable.

A glass or 2 or 3 of relaxation after a stressful day, a glass of energy to perk me up. Something I needed to slow down my thoughts. A self medication for at times crippling anxiety.

 

After years of wanting to change my relationship with alcohol, I decided enough was enough and set about changing my life from the inside out.

I wanted to understand why I drank, I knew it wasn’t because I loved the taste. I went right back to the first time I was given alcohol in excess at a party when I was a teenager by a much older boy. Lets just say things didn’t end well and it changed the trajectory of my life. I blamed myself for the way things unfolded that night not really understanding until I was much older that what happened was not my fault.

 

For over 30 years I had buried this event deep in my subconscious and this affected my self worth, my confidence and the inability to accept myself as I was. I finally forgave myself not for the event but for the way I treated myself. I also forgave the other person, not because they deserved it but because I did and needed to let it go and set myself free.

I was able to give up alcohol for 12 months but it hasn’t been without wobbles and challenges so I really get it. I know how hard it can be without the right support in place. I have used my lived experience and my professional experience to create a 28 day Alcohol FREE Kickstart program to help women just like you take a break from alcohol and make an informed decision as to whether alcohol fits into your life or not.

FAQ’s

 

How much time do I need to commit to the program?

Just committing 20-30 minutes a day to your self and journalling will have a profound affect on your results. However you are welcome to commit as much time as you need working on yourself.

What if I can't make the coaching calls?

All the calls are recorded for you to watch the replay. I encourage you to send in your questions to be answered on the call if you can’t make it.

I'm not sure I'm ready?

No one ever feels ready and there’s never really the right time to start. Remember last year you said you weren’t ready either and now you’re in the same place you were, maybe even a bigger mess than 3, 6 12 months ago. Let me ask you this; will the pain of staying the same be easier than the pain of doing something you’re not 100% ready for right now? Imagine in 4 weeks from now you’ve started making the changes we’ve implemented and you are feeling confident, sleeping like a boss, energy is out of the world. How would that feel?

I have an event coming up and I know there will be alcohol there, should I wait to start?

Life is full of events and celebrations, that’s why I say if you’re ready now just do it and we’ll make a plan to navigate the event so you can stick to your goal. If it doesn’t go to plan, it doesn’t mean you’ve failed, its a learning opportunity. There is no failure only feedback.

I only drink on weekends, can I still do the program?

You don’t have to be an everyday drinker to want to take a break. Plus this program is so much more than just about alcohol. You’ll eat better, sleep better, feel amazing and learn a tonne about yourself.

I've changed my mind, can I get a refund?

There are no refunds on this coaching package as outlined in the coaching agreement form completed at the start of the program.
